简易颈外静脉压监测的临床应用

摘要 目的介绍一种简易的颈外静脉穿刺测压技术及临床应用。方法使用Y形静脉留置针、一次性输血器、三通接头、塑料尺等简单物品行颈外静脉穿刺测压,测压的同时使用颈外静脉通路输液和给药,术中根据颈外静脉压变化情况判断患者心功能和血容量情况。结果临床应用简易颈外静脉压监测,在直接输液的同时可以替代中心静脉压监测,以指导右心功能评估和液体治疗。结论此技术具有创伤小、操作简便、不需要特殊器材和测压可靠等优点,值得在基层医疗机构推广应用。
