城镇化进程中农村职业教育的新型定位与发展策略

Positioning and Development Strategies of Rural Vocational Education in China Urbanization

城镇化是世界各国在现代化进程中社会结构不断演变的动态过程,城镇化的模式与世界各国的经济政治体制、经济发展及人口、土地资源等条件密切相关。中国的城镇化进程既具备城镇化的一般规律,也具有其独特的发展历程与趋势。为推动实现中国特色的新型城镇化进程,农村职业教育应不断丰富其内涵,实现农村劳动力素质的提升和城乡职业教育的统筹发展。针对新型城镇化发展的特点,农村职业教育应实施教育内容多样化、教学对象分类化、投资主体多元化等新的发展策略。

Urbanization is the universal dynamic process of the evolving of social structure in the modernization of countries all over the world, the pattern of which is closely related to the economic and political system, the economic development, population, land resources and other conditions of different countries. And the process of urbanization in China not only follows the general rules, but has its unique history and trends of development. To realize the new-type urbanization with Chinese characteristics, we should continue to develop the content of rural vocational education, enhance the quality of rural labor force and reach overall development of urban and rural occupational education. In accordance to the development features of new-type urbanization, some new development strategies, such as the variety of educational contents, classification of learners and diversification of investment should be implemented.
