摘要
社区教育专职教师专业素养是社区教育师资队伍建设中的重要问题。本文基于文献研究和实际调研,提出社区教育专职教师具有管理者、教学者和研究者三位一体的职业角色,并从其工作职责出发,分别对他们应具备的品质素养、知识素养和能力素养进行了阐释。
Professional accomplishment for full-time teachers in community education is an important issue to study under the faculty construction. Based on the literature study and practicalreseareh, this article proposes that professional teachers in community education have professional roles with the integration of manager, educator and researcher. Starting from the duties of professional teachers, this article also explains the quality accomplishment, knowledge accomplishment and ability accomplishment respectively that they should have.
