摘要
目的研究缺血性脑卒中患者脑动脉闭塞时侧支循环建立的方式、数量与病变部位的关系。方法回顾性分析2010年1月-2011牟i1月在新疆医科大学第一附属医院神经内科住院的83例缺血性脑卒中患者,经头颅磁共振成像(MRI)和脑血管造影(DSA)检查发现至少有1支以上脑动脉闭塞。利用SPSS16.0软件对所得数据进行X。检验,从而探讨侧支循环建立的数量与病变部位数量之间的关系。结果83例患者,共有99支动脉闭塞(多支动脉闭塞16例)。Willis环开放44例,责任血管区单部位病灶30例,多部位病灶14例:Willis环未开放39例,责任血管区单部位病灶16例,多部位病灶23例。单侧支循环代偿35例,责任血管区单部位病灶14例,多部位病灶21例;多侧支循环代偿48例,责任血管区单部位病灶32例,多部位病灶16例。结论脑动脉闭塞后,有效的侧支循环建立与完整的Willis环和侧支循环建立的数量有关,Willis环开放和多侧支循环建立,对于改善血液供应是有利的,可减少梗死灶数量。
[ Objective ] To research the ischemic stroke in patients with cerebral artery occlusion, to establish the quantitative relationships between the way of collateral circulation and the number of lesions. [ Methods ] Retro-spectively analyzed 83 cases of ischemic cerebral apoplexy patients by brain magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), cerebral angiography (DSA) check found at least There are more than a cerebral artery occlusion, in the Department of Neurology in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from January 2010 to November 2011. Carries on the chi-square test using the SPSS16.0 software to the obtained data, so as to explore the relationship between the collateral circulation quantity and the number of lesions. Willis ring opening of 44 cases, responsibility for vascular lesion of single parts of 30 cases, 14 cases of multiple sites of lesions. Willis ring is not open in 39 cases, responsi-bility for vascular lesion of single parts of 16 cases, 23 cases of multiple sites of lesions. Collateral compensative 35 cases, responsibility for vascular lesion of single parts in 14 cases, 21 cases of multiple sites of lesions; collateral compensative 48 cases, responsibility for vascular lesion of single parts of 32 cases, 16 cases of multiple sites of lesions. [ Conclusions] After cerebral arterial Occlusive Disease, effective collateral circulation establishment and complete Willis established related to the number of rings and collateral circulation, Willis ring built on open and collateral circulation, is beneficial for improving blood supply, reduces infarct volume.
