健康信息素养自评量表的编制及其信效度检验

Development of health information literacy self-rating scale and its reliability and validity test

目的编制适合我国国情的居民健康信息素养自评量表，并探讨其信、效度。方法基于美国医学图书馆协会提出的健康信息素养理论，设计量表概念框架，筛选健康信息素养自评量表条目，最终形成29个条目的健康信息素养自评量表，对湖南省长沙市的367位社区居民进行问卷调查。应用探索性因子分析和结构方程模型对量表效度进行检验，应用内部一致性和重测信度对量表信度进行检验。结果探索性因子分析抽取的5个因子解释总变异的61．855％，分别描述了个体的健康信息意识、获取、评价、应用和道德；量表的结构方程模型拟合较好（χ2=410．256，df=367，P=0．059，χ2／df=1．113，GFI=0．879，AGFI=0．897，RMSEA=0．024）；健康信息素养总分及5个子维度的Cronbach’s α系数均在0．75以上，重测信度在0．67～0．79之间。结论所编制的健康信息素养量表具有较好的信度和效度。

[Objective] To develop the health information literacy self-rating scale, which suit for Chinese residents, and discuss the scale＇s reliability and validity. [Methods ] Based on the health information literacy theory put forward by the Medical Library Association, design conceptual framework of the scale and screen the items of self-rating scale, finally forms the health information literacy self-rating scale concluded 29 items. Carry out a questionnaire survey to 367 community residents in some district in Changsha. Applied exploratory factor analysis and structural equation model to test scale validity, and applied interual consistency test and Test-retest reliability to test the scale reliability. [Results] Exploratory factor analysis to extract five factors explain 61.855% of the total variance, describes the individual＇s health information consciousness, access, evaluation, application and morality respectively; Scale＇s structural equation model fitting is good （χ2=410.256, df=367, P =0.059, χ2/df=1.113, GFI= 0.879, AGFI=0.897, RMSEA=0.024）; the Cronbach＇s alpha coefficients of the health information literacy and 5 sub- dimensions above 0.75 respectively and test-retest reliability between 0.67 and 0.79. [Conclusions] The health information literacy self-rating scale has a relatively good reliability and validity.
