摘要
本文从水煤浆的实际应用角度出发,试验并分析讨论了与其使用过程密切相关的一些重要应用特性,这些特性包括水煤浆的导热系数、导温系数、比重、稳定性、屈服应力、流变性、表观粘度、触变性等。有效地控制和利用这些特性是水煤浆成功应用的关键。本文还分别介绍了实用的、简便可靠的水煤浆应用特性的测试方法,为现场控制水煤浆的质量和更有效地应用水煤浆创造了条件。
From the viewpoint of practical application of CWM, some applied characteristics, which are closely related to the process of utilization of CWM, are tested and analyzed. These characteristics include thermal conductivity, temperature conductivity, specific gravity, stability, yield stress, rheology, apparent visicosity, thixotropy, etc., It is of vital importance to successful applications of CWM in industry to control and utilize these characteristics effectively. In addition, this paper introduces some practically simple and reliable methods to determine these characteristics of CWM. These methods provide convenience for consumers to control the quality of CWM and to use it more efficiently.
