摘要
对网络用户大众标注行为的动机进行抽样调查与分析,发现:网络用户标注行为的动机多种多样;用户标注动机会受网站类型、资源类型、标签便利性、用户素养等因素的影响,其中标签便利性对标注动机的影响最为显著;用户标注动机与其标注行为的强度和频度间均有一定的关系;标注动机不同的用户喜好使用标签的类型与形式均不相同。在此基础上,提出引导用户参与大众标注的几点建议。
This paper conducts a sample survey on motivations of social tagging behaviors of network users. The results show that the motivations of social tagging behaviors are various. These behaviors are affected by the factors, including the type of website, the kind of information resources, the convenience of tags and the literacy of users. The convenience of tags is the most significant influencing factor. The motivation of the users tagging is in connection with the intensity and frequency of users' tagging behaviors. Users of different tagging motivation favor different tags of different types and forms. Finally, it makes some suggestions for guiding the users to participate in social tagging.
