摘要
设计肿瘤靶向性抗癌药物一直是研究热点。因为CD44在许多肿瘤细胞表面过表达,所以基于CD44与其配体透明质酸(hyaluronic acid,HA)的相互作用设计肿瘤靶向药物成为一个新的研究方向。本文介绍了CD44的基本结构及CD44与HA之间的相互作用,并对以CD44为靶点的靶向抗癌药物研究进展进行了简介。
Designing tumor-targeted drugs has always been a research hotspot. As CD44 is over-expressed in various tumor cells, the design of the tumor-targeted drug delivery system based on the specific binding between CD44 and HA has become a new research direction. This paper described the basic structure of CD44 and the interaction between CD44 and HA. Research progress in the design of anti-tumor drug delivery system that targets CD44 was also reviewed.
