昆山市小学生突发公共卫生事件防控知信行现状 被引量:6

KAP on public health emergencies among primary students in Kunshan

摘要 目的了解昆山市小学高年级学生突发公共卫生事件防控知识、态度及行为现状,为指导学校开展突发公共卫生事件防控工作提供参考依据。方法采取分层随机抽样方法,选择昆山市26所小学,各校抽取四~六年级各1个班级学生共3405名为调查对象,开展突发公共卫生事件防控相关知识、态度及行为调查。结果学生对传染病预防、食品卫生相关知识的知晓率分别为72.0%和64.6%;对突发公共卫生事件20项防控知识知晓率、10项防控态度正确率、15项防控行为形成率均不够理想,公办校与民办校之间、男生与女生之间以及各年级之间在多个调查项上差异有统计学意义(P值均〈0.05)。结论小学生突发公共卫生事件防控知信行现状不容乐观。学校应加强培训和管理,提升学生的知信行水平,提高防控效果。 Objective To understand the knowledge-attitudes-practice (KAP) on public health emergencies among prima- ry school students. Methods Totally 3 405 students in grade 4 to grade 6 from 26 primary schools in Kunshan, Jiangsu Province were investigated by self-designed questionnaire. Results Awareness rate of infectious disease prevention, food hygiene was 72.0% and 64.6%, respectively. Students had poor scores on the 20-item public health emergencies awareness questions, 10-item attitude questions and 15 behavioral questions. There were significant differences in the KAP scores in school type ( public or pri- vate ) , gender as well as grade ( P〈0.05 ). Conclusion Lack of knowledge on prevention and control of public health emergencies is quite worrisome. Targeted emergency preparedness and response exercise program should be recommended in school settings.
