摘要
企业面临环境的高度不确定性使得技术创新日益成为一种复杂性活动.传统的封闭式创新模式正在向开放式创新模式转变.本文在借鉴国内外文献的基础上,从开放式技术创新战略的角度入手,详细介绍和分析了开放式技术创新战略和开放度的理论基础和研究脉络,并通过调查问卷,收集我国企业技术创新战略的开放度数据和技术创新绩效数据,研究发现,开放的广度和开放的深度对企业技术创新绩效有显著的正向影响,实证检验了技术创新战略开放度对我国企业技术创新绩效的影响.
The high degree of uncertainty of the environment makes technology innovation activities more complex. Tra- ditional closed innovation mode is transferring to open innovation mode. Based on the reference to the domestic and for- eign literature, from the angle of open technology innovation strategy, it described the theoretical basis of open technol- ogy innovation strategy. In the meantime, it collected data about openness and technology innovation performance from Chinese enterprises through questionnaires. The result shows that the breadth and depth of openness have positive effects on enterprise technology innovation performance. It tested the influence of openness of technology innovation strategy on enterprise technology innovation performance.
