摘要
根据科技基础设施的概念,将其技术创新机制归结为资源配置效应、知识平台效应、人力资本效应和协同创新效应,并将科技基础设施细分为科技物力基础设施和科技知识基础设施扩展知识生产函数建立计量回归模型验证相关效应.结果显示,科技基础设施对中国技术创新的作用显著为正,四大机制中协同创新效应较为突出,就其内部而言,科技物力基础设施的技术贡献度稍弱于科技知识基础设施.进一步,将经济发展水平和研发水平纳入门槛模型分析科技物力基础设施创新力的影响因素,实证结果表明,当影响因素跨过一定门槛后,科技物力基础设施对技术创新的作用效果进入上升通道.
Based on the concept of S&T infrastructure, it summarizes its innovational mechanisms as resource allocation effect, knowledge platform effect, human capital effect and cooperative innovation effect. Then, in view of knowledge production function, it establishes econometric regression models to verify relevant effects by dividing S&T infrastructure into S&T material infrastructure and S&T knowledge infrastructure. The empirical analysis reveals that it is beneficial to innovation, and its cooperative innovation effect is greater than others. For infrastructure itself, S&T material infrastruc- ture is less effective than S&T knowledge infrastructure. Therefore, it adds the level of economy and R&D investments to the threshold model to explain this phenomenon. The results show that the contribution of S&T material infrastructure to technological innovation enters into ascending channel when factors cross certain thresholds.
