摘要
在技术层级化的背景下,后发企业的技术发展是协同创新内涵的直接体现.在已有文献的基础上,结合创新A-U模型和模块化理论,发现后发企业的技术发展呈现出以辅助技术先发、主导技术跃升的特征.然后,通过对协同创新资源共享和企业组织模式重新整合的分析,将后发企业的协同创新模式分为契约型协同、组织型协同和战略型协同,再将后发企业的技术发展与不同阶段协同创新模式的演化相结合,提出了两者协同演化的理论模型.对东方汽轮机有限公司与四川绵竹鑫坤机械制造有限责任公司的技术发展与协同创新模式进行分析,验证了后发企业的技术发展过程中存在着协同创新模式的共同演进.研究结果显示,与技术发展相适应的协同创新模式的演化和主动选择能提高合作稳定性,加强协同伙伴的文化沟通有利于形成有效的协同创新模式,并且提高协同效率与技术进步速率.
Under the background of technical stratification, later-development enterprise's technology development di- rectly reveals the meaning of synergetic innovation. Based on the existing literature, it combines innovation A - U model with modularity theory, and draws the characteristics of later-development enterprise's technology development, which is complementary technology as first mover, and dominant technology as leap. Then, through the analysis on resource sha- ring and organization reintegration of synergetic innovation, it divides the later-development enterprise's synergetic inno- vation mode into three types: contract synergetic mode, organizational synergetic mode and strategic synergetic mode. Combined the later-development enterprise's technology development with the synergetic innovation mode in different stages, and based on the case study of Dongfang Steam Turbine Co. , Ltd. and Xinkun Machinery Manufacturing Co. , it verifies that in the process of the later-development enterprise's technology development, there does exist the co-evo- lution of the enterprise's synergetic innovation mode. The result shows that if the evolution and initiative selection of synergetic innovation mode is matched to the technology development, it can improve the cooperation stability. Enhancing the synergetic partner's culture communication is benefit to form an effective synergetic innovation mode, and improves the synergetic efficiency and the rate of technological progress.
