摘要
针对直齿端齿盘设计方法的不足,研究直齿端齿盘几何参数计算与强度计算问题。根据直齿端齿盘几何量相等原理,提出直齿端齿盘几何参数计算公式,计算结果表明由新公式得到的端齿盘比现有几何参数计算公式得到的端齿盘承载能力更高。基于材料力学基本原理,推导出直齿端齿盘齿根弯曲应力解析计算公式,与有限元分析结果相对比,两者相对误差在5%以内。最后给出直齿端齿盘设计步骤、方法及算例。文中研究工作为直齿端齿盘精细设计提供基础。
For the deficiency of the current design method of the straight end-toothed disc, the computational formula of geometric parameters and the analytical method to compute the bending stress of straight end-toothed disc are proposed. The results based on the finite element analysis method confirmed that the proposed geometry for straight end-toothed disc is much better because the contact stress and bending stress is smaller than the existing geome try; the relative errors of the analytical method are below 5%, which turns out that the analytical method can compute bending stress of straight end-toothed disc correctly and effectively. The work of the paper can be consulted by the design of straight end toothed disc.
