摘要
以数控车床主轴部件中过盈配合轴承的轴系特性为研究内容,介绍了一种分析轴承配合过盈量对轴承接触角影响的模型。以71952C为研究对象,基于厚壁圆筒理论建立了轴承过盈配合的等效模型,重点在于处理轴承内圈与轴颈及外圈与轴承座的配合关系,并用仿真结果对其进行验证。
This paper takes the shaft system characteristic as the research content, which is interference fit in the beating of the CNC lathe spindle assembly. It introduces an analysis of the bear ing fit interference quantity model of the impact of the bearing con- tact angle. It is focused on dealing with the fit tolerance between in ner ring of bearing and shaft as well as outer ring of beating and bearing seat by taking 71952C as an example. Beating interference fit of the equivalent model is established based on the theory of thick wall cylinder, and then it is verified by the simulation results
