摘要
分析了在线横切超薄玻璃基板的关键问题,采用将桥式结构斜置于玻璃生产线上方,在玻璃下方设置滚动托轮机构,跟踪上方刀头同步运动,给切割处的玻璃一个向上的支撑,达到力的平衡,避免刀头压碎玻璃。采用高精度编码器测量玻璃基板的传输速度,PLC伺服控制确定了刀头的运行速度,提高了切割精度。
The key issue of cross-cutting ultra thin glass sub- strate on line was analyzed. A bridge structure is inclined above the glass production line, a rolling jockey pulley mechanism is set be- low the glass to track the bit synchronously, It provides a support upward to achieve the balance of power, and avoid bit crushing glass. A high precision encoder is used to measure glass transmis sion speed, PLC servo control system determines the bit operation speed, and improves the accuracy of cross-cutting machine.
