摘要
建立完善的冲击式电动扳手设计理论体系对于促进国产电动扳手性能提升具有重要的意义。针对国产某型号电动扳手,对冲击机构稳态工作时实现跨齿侧撞的最佳位置进行了分析,推导出应满足的条件;利用ADAMS软件仿真冲击机构运动,得到冲击锤随主轴角度变化轴向位移曲线图,证明了实现跨齿侧撞的最佳工作条件。同时通过比较不同转速、不同恢复系数条件时的仿真曲线,指出提升电动扳手性能的方向。
Establishing a thorough design theory system of e lectric impact wrench has a great significance for the promotion of domestic electric impact wrench. For certain type of domestic elec tric wrench, the best place was analyzed to achieve cross-tooth-side impact during impact mechanism's steady work, and the conditions that should be met was deduced; the movement of impact mecha- nism of electric impact wrench was simulated by using ADAMS soft ware, and the axial displacement curve of impact hammer with the change of the angel of main shaft was obtained. Then the optimal working condition was demonstrated to achieve cross-tooth-side im pact. Meanwhile, by comparison with simulation curves of different speed and different recovery coefficient conditions, the direction to promote the performance of electric wrench was pointed out.
