高温后玻化微珠保温混凝土的劈拉强度试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 玻化微珠保温混凝土是适应我国建筑节能新形势提出的结构自保温材料。通过56个150 mm×150 mm×150 mm和56个150 mm×150 mm×150 mm普通混凝土和玻化微珠保温混凝土试块的劈拉试验,研究了高温后常温自然冷却、喷水冷却对玻化微珠保温混凝土劈拉性能的影响,并提出了不同的冷却方式下玻化微珠保温混凝土劈拉强度的计算公式。 Thermal insulation glazed hollow bead concrete is insulation material of building, adapting to the new situation of the build- ing energy conservation in China.Through splitting tensile experiments on 56 plain concrete of 150 mm×150 mm×150 mm and 56 thermal insulation glazed hollow bead concrete of 150 mm×150 min×150 mm, the influences of natural cooling and water cooling after high tem- perature on the splitting tensile of thermal insulation glazed hollow bead concrete are investigated.Two formulas of calculating the splitting tensile of strength thermal insulation glazed hollow bead concrete at the different type of refrigeration mode were proposed.
