摘要
采用氢氧化钠、聚乙烯醇、甲基羟乙基纤维素醚和以正硅酸乙酯、硅酸钠为前驱体的杂化改性方法对胶粉进行了表面改性,结果表明,杂化改性方法效果较好,且前驱体的种类和掺量对掺改性胶粉胶砂的强度影响很大。当正硅酸乙酯用量为5 phr时,可使橡胶胶砂28 d抗压、抗折强度提高17.5%和16.7%;当硅酸钠用量为6 phr时,可使橡胶胶砂的28 d抗压、抗折强度提高31.7%和28.3%。扫描电镜结果显示出杂化改性胶粉表面有许多有利于其与水泥基材料结合的片孔状结构。
Sodium hydroxide,polyving akohol and methyl hydroxyethyl cellulose ether were used,and ethyl orthosillicate and sodium silicate were used as precursor surface modification rubber powder.All the ways modification effect were compared and analyzed through modified rubber powder influence on the mechanical property of cement mortar.The result indicated that the effect of hybridization modifi- cation method was preferably, and the type of precursor and mixing amount exert a tremendous influence on modified rubber powder. When ethyl orthosilicate dosage was 5phr, cement mortar compression strength and rupture strength of 28 days enhanced separately 17.5 percent and 16.7 percent.When ethyl orthosilicate dosage was 6phr, cement mortar compression strength and rupture strength of 28 days enhanced separately 31.7 percent and 28.3 percent.Hybridization modified rubber powder surface had many perforation structm'e to the benefit of with cement-based materials bond
