摘要
采用阴离子色谱交换柱进行分离,非抑制型电导离子色谱法检测,直接进样测定矿泉水中的偏硅酸含量。结果硅酸盐浓度在5~100mg/L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数为0.9998,回收率在99.57%~101.50%之间。即采用非抑制型离子色谱法检测矿泉水中偏硅酸的方法简单快速,结果准确可靠,对环境无污染,适合矿泉水中偏硅酸的检测。
Samples were directly injected and followed by separating analytes by ion chromatography and detecting metasilicic acid in mineral water by a non-suppressed conductivity detector. Results: The linearity of silicate was favorable in the range of 5N100mg/L and the correlation coefficient was 0.9998. The recovery ranged from 99.5717% to 101.4950%. Being simple, rapid and pollution-free to the environment, the method, with accurate and reliable results, is suitable for the determination of metasilicic acid (H2SiO3) in mineral water.
