板式轨道用高弹模水泥沥青砂浆与混凝土黏结性能的试验研究 被引量:9

摘要 采用一种直接拉伸法试验研究了水泥乳化沥青砂浆与支承层混凝土(C15)、底座板混凝土(C30)和轨道板蒸养混凝土(C55)的黏结强度及其影响因素。试验结果表明:砂浆配合比(用水量)对砂浆与轨道板蒸养混凝土、底座板混凝土及支承层混凝土的黏结强度影响很小;混凝土表面拉毛显著提高了黏结强度;板腔的润湿状态对砂浆充填层与混凝土的黏结力影响很大;黏结强度随龄期增加而增加,在7 d龄期时已基本达到最大值。 The bonding strength between ( C 15 in supporting layer, C30 in base CA mortar and different strength grades plate, and C55 steamed in track slab) of concrete in different positions and their affecting factors were studied by using direct tensile tests. The results show that mix proportion of CA mortar( water content) has minor effect on the bonding strength in above locations. Rough handling significantly increases bonding strength, and the wetness of the concrete chamber dramatically affects the bonding strength of filling layers and concrete. Meanwhile, bonding strength increases with the age, and reaches its maximum value at the age of 7 d.
