摘要
为解决机制砂低强度等级混凝土出现的泌水粘聚性差等问题,采取室内试验研究粉体体积对机制砂低强度等级混凝土和易性的影响。提出粉体体积当量系数概念,并研究其合理粉体体积。研究结果表明:可以用粉体当量系数算得的粉体体积来评定新拌机制砂低强度等级混凝土的和易性,并提出合理当量粉体体积为150—160L/m3。
To solve the problem that the cohesiveness and bleeding of low strength manufactured sand concrete is poor, laboratory experiment was adopted to study the impact of powder volume on the low strength manufactured sand concrete workability. And the concept of powder volume equivalent coefficient was proposed to study the reasonable powder volume. The experimental results show that the workability of freshly mixed low strength man- ufactured sand concrete can be evaluated with powder volume calculated by equivalent coefficient and the reason- able powder equivalent volume is 150 - 160 L/m3.
