农民专业合作经济组织动力机制研究

RESEARCH ON THE MOTIVATION MECHANISM OF FARMERS' SPECIALIZED COOPERATIVE ORGANIZATION

农民专业合作经济组织动力因子作用机理表明,合作组织的发展需要外力与内力共同协调推进,成员利益帕累托改进是合作组织发展的内生性根本动力,专业化基础是合作组织成立和发展的基础。当前我国农民专业合作组织的专业化存在基础薄弱,产权关系不清,利益分配机制不完善,政府扶持效率不高,合作组织产品市场竞争力弱等问题,这些问题成为阻碍激发合作组织发展活力的主要因素,根据存在的问题,作者提出了推进农民专业合作组织发展的5项对策。

This paper analyzed the motivation mechanism of farmers＇ specialized cooperative organization. It showed that the development of farmers＇ specialized cooperative organization depended on both internal power and external power. The Pareto improvement of all members＇ interest in cooperative organization was the core endogenous power， while the agricultural specialization operation was the foundation of farmers＇ specialized cooperative organization. At present， these problems， including poor specialization degree， unclear ownership， imperfect profit distribution mechanism， ineffective government support and weak market competitiveness of products， hindered the develop- ment of farmers＇ specialized cooperative organization. Finally， the authors put forward five countermeasures to pro- mote the development of farmers＇ specialized cooperative organization.
