摘要 本文着重分析了带钢宽度超差的主要原因。指出,带钢张应力超过一定值时产生拉钢就会造成宽度超差。拉钢主要发生在精轧机组,即平辊轧机间无套量拉钢和平辊与立辊轧机间拉钢。控制拉钢的主要措施是保证精轧机组速度品质因数,并在改造电动活套使其实现可靠的自动起落套的基础上,采取大套量恒定微张力操作等方法。 This paper emphatically analyzes key causes of over tolerences of strip width. It is shown that over tolerences occur when tensile stress of strip is beyond a certain value. Pulling appears mainly at finish rolling i.e. non-noose pulling between flat rolls and pulling between flat roll and vertical roll. Major measures for controlled pulling is to keep good quality of speed at the finish rolling and to use big-noose permanent micro-tension operation based on reform of electric running noose for realization of reliable automation of up-and-down noose.
