摘要
近年来,苏南地区新建了一大批高等级公路,使交通紧张局面得到了大大缓解。但是,与此同时,也导致了外来人口的增多,城镇用地也相对紧张化。本文以昆山市陆家镇夏桥小学为例,针对其面临京沪铁路、沪宁高铁和东城大道复合交通噪声污染的影响,在声环境现状监测基础上,分析周边道路空间布局和噪声污染特征,选择合理的噪声预测模型,通过预测分析,提出可行的交通噪声解决方案。案例研究为提高苏南地区土地利用效率,同时最大限度保护声环境敏感点,实现噪声污染防治有借鉴和指导意义。
In recent years, a large number of highways have been built in southern Jiangsu, which has greatly eased the traf- fic tensions. However, at the same time, it also leads to an increasing number of foreign population, and urban lands are relative ly strained. This article took Xiaqiao primary school in Lujia town as the subject. For facing the composite traffic noise impacts of Beijing - Shanghai Railway, Shanghai - Nanjing high - speed rail and Dongcheng Avenue, and on the basis of monitoring the state of the acoustic environment, and analyzed the space layout of the surrounding road and characteristics of noise pollution, and selected reasonable noise prediction model. By predictive analysis, and put forward feasible solutions of solving the traffic noise problem. In order to improve the efficiency of land use of the areas in southern Jiangsu, and to maximize the protection of the sensitive points of acoustic environment, this case has the significant of reference and guidance in the prevention of noise pollution.
