摘要
本文应用电化学测试方法和表面分析技术研究了新型奥氏体不锈钢(OOCr12Ni3Mn12Cu2TiRE)和形变诱发马氏体时效不锈钢(OOCr12Ni5Mn8Cu2TiRE)在不同介质中的耐蚀性,结果表明:两种具有优良综合力学性能的新型不锈钢在10%H_3PO_415%H_2SO_4+5%HNO_3、20%H_2-CrO_4、0.6molH_2SO_4+0.5molNaCl介质中的耐蚀性接近或略优于18-8不锈钢,改性处理后的奥氏体不锈钢在硫酸介质中的钝化性能有显著改善,原因是由于水蒸气处理过程中,形成了各种铁的氧化物。
The corrosion performance of new austenitic stainless steel OOCrl2Ni3Mnl2Cu2TiRE and deformation induced maraging stainless steel OOCrl2NiSMn8Cu2TjRE in different mediums has been investigated by electrochemical method and surface analysis technology. The experimental results show that the corrosion resistance of the stainless steels in 10% H_3PO_4,15% H_2SO_4+5% HNO_3,20% H_2CrO_4, O.5mol H_2SO_4+O.5mol NaCl is near or somewhat better than that of 18 8 stainless steel. By modification treatment, the passive characteristics of OCCrl2Ni3Mnl2Cu2TjRE Steel in sulphuric acid is greatly improved, beause various oxides of iron form on the surface of the steel during steam treatment.
