混菌固态发酵瓜儿豆粕的初步研究 被引量:2

摘要 以瓜儿豆粕为原料,通过接种乳酸菌和酵母菌进行混菌固态发酵,结果表明:瓜尔豆粕经过固态发酵后其中的寡糖可被完全降解,生成一部分还原糖,大分子蛋白得到充分降解,生成易于消化的小分子蛋白,同时还含有一定量的乳酸菌和酵母菌,从而使得发酵后的瓜儿豆粕的营养价值得到明显提高,有利于动物消化和吸收。将发酵后的瓜儿豆粕按一定比例添加到蛋鸡配合饲料中并用于蛋鸡喂养试验,结果表明可明显降低料蛋比,降低生产成本,提高经济效益。
