摘要 江西南城南方水泥有限公司5000t/d熟料水泥生产线窑尾车间地基特点是基础下岩溶洞隙分布无规律,确定安全合理的基础方案非常关键。结合详细的地勘报告、物探结果和现场开挖的实际情况,详细介绍了基础方案采用桩基、独立柱基和整板基础的计算、分析和判断,并最终选用了最佳的地基处理方案。投产多年检测,其窑尾的沉降量控制在规范要求的10mm以内;岩溶地基采用整板基础是可行的。 Characteristics of kiln end workshop foundation of Jiangxi Naneheng South Cement Company Limited 5 000 tht clinker ee- ment production line is that karst caves distributs irregularly, so make a safe and reasonable base scheme is very critical. Combined with the geological survey report, the geophysical exploration results and in-situ excavation, the calculation, analysis and estimation of pile foundation, free-standing column foundation and whole plate foundation were introduced in detail, and the best foundation treat- ment scheme was ehosed in the end. After years of operation, the kiln end settlement was controlled within the specification require- ments of 10 ram, which proved that the whole plate foundation scheme is feasible.
