摘要
针对中频炉产生的谐波给企业带来的安全生产隐患及对电力系统的严重污染问题,本文简述了中频炉工作原理,分析了其谐波产生的机理和特性,并以宜兴某钢厂中频炉谐波治理工程为例,介绍了谐波测试的概况、内容和结论,结合工程实际及仿真模拟实验,给出了抑制谐波危害的办法,提出了合理有效的治理方案。实践证明该方案滤波及无功补偿效果良好,节能效果显著。
Since the harmonics generated by the medium-frequency Induction Furnace influences the corporate safety hazards and serious pollution problems of the power system.This paper introduces the working principle of Medium-frequency Induction Furnace, analyzed the harmonic generation mechanism and characteristics,based on Yixing IF furnace of a steel mill, introduce an overview of the content and conclusions of the harmonic test. At last,it put forward an effective measure to suppress harmonic pollution. The practice indicates that it achieves desirable effects of filtration and reactive power compensation. Moreover, saving energy result is remarkable.
