摘要
基于神经网络和PID控制算法的基本原理以及控制规则,研究一种温度控制系统。利用神经网络的自学习功能对PID控制参数进行在线整定,采用LabVIEW软件实现上位机的神经网络PID控制。基于该系统进行温度控制实验研究。实验结果表明,该系统运行稳定并具有自适应性,基于LabVIEW的神经网络PID控制器在处理实时温度时具有很高的精度、鲁棒性和适应性。
We study a temperature control system based on the basic principles of neural network and PID control algorithm as well as con- trol rules. It uses the self-learning function of neural network to execute on-line tune of the PID control parameters, and uses LabVIEW software to realise neural network PID control on upper computer. In addition,based on the system we carry out the experimental study on temperature control. Experimental results show that the system operates stably and has self-adaptation,the neural network PID controller based on the Lab- VIEW has high accuracy, robustness and adaptability in dealing with the real-time temperature.
