摘要 核电站操纵员站的人机界面仿真是核电站模拟机建设的关键环节。目前,主要采用虚拟仿真的方式进行实现,虽然具有较强的逼真度,但严重依赖于某一类产品,缺乏通用性,同时价格昂贵。为了有效解决虚拟仿真方式的不足,基于组件对象技术设计开发了通用的人机界面组态软件。该软件提供了组态环境又能自动翻译已有控制方案,测试验证表明可以为核电站模拟机的建设提供新的技术支持。介绍该软件系统设计、软件功能以及应用情况。 Human-machine interface simulation of operator station for nuclear power plant (NPP) is the key step in constructing the simulator of NPP. Nowadays, it is mainly implemented in the way of virtual simulation. Though having relatively high fidelity, but it severely depends on a special type of products and is lack of universality. Furthermore, its cost is high as well. In order to effectively solve the defect of virtual simulation way, we design and develop a universal human-machine interface configuration software based on component object technology. The software provides the configuration environment and can automatically translate the existing control schemes. Test verification demonstrates that it can provide new technical support for the construction of NPP simulator. In this paper we also introduce the system design, software functions and its application situation.
