企业成长性与利益相关者满足关系的实证研究

Empirical Study on the Relationship between Stakeholders' Satisfaction and Enterprises' Growth

利益相关者的满足对促进企业的规范运营具有不可忽视的作用。本文在构建企业成长性综合评价指标体系和利益相关者满足评价指标体系的基础上,采用结构方程模型,对企业成长性整体及各个因素与利益相关者满足的关系进行分析,结果发现:企业成长性在总体上对利益相关者满足呈正向影响,即企业成长性的增强,有助于提升利益相关者满足,从而反过来又吸引各方利益相关者投入更多的资源促进企业的持续发展。从各个因素来看,企业偿债能力和盈利能力的提升对利益相关者满足有着积极的影响,而企业规模和营运能力对利益相关者满足的影响程度则不显著。

The Stakeholders＇ satisfaction phys a significant role in the operation of enterprises. Firstly, this paper constructs evalu- ation index system of enterprises＇ growth and stakeholders＇ satisfaction. Then structural equation model is used to analysis the relationship between them. The result proves that the enterprises＇ growth has a positive influence on stakeholders＇ satisfaction in total, which means the enhancement of the enterprises＇ growth will be helpful to promote the satisfaction of stakeholders and brings more resources from interest groups to support the sustainable development of company. More specifically, solvency and profitability have a significant influence to stakeholders＇ satisfaction, while the scale and operability have not a significant influence.
