产权变动对价格的影响研究

How Changes in Property Rights Affect Price

新中国成立以来,尤其是改革开放以来,中国在土地、林地、国有企业等多个方面进行了产权制度变革,取得了明显成效。但是,改革并不能解决中国经济体制存在的所有问题。随着产权制度改革的深入,改革的不确定性逐渐增加,所受的阻力也将越来越大。从产权完整性变动和产权所有制形式变动两个维度分别研究了产权变动对效率、成本、财富分配这三个中间变量的影响,最终得出产权变动对价格的影响趋势以及程度。

Since the founding of new China, especially since the reform and opening, China has launched reforms on property rights of land, forest land and state-owned enterprises and has achieved obvious results. However, reforms failed to solve all the problems existing in China＇s economic system. The deepening of the reform of property right system would be accompanied with increased uncertainty as well as resistance. From the perspectives of integrity of property rights and changes in property ownership, this paper discusses how the changes in property rights affect efficiency, cost, and distribution of wealth, and then gets to know the trend and degree of influence of changes in property rights on price.
