摘要
对当前价格改革历程及其重点研究领域的归纳分析结果表明,在价格放开的基础上,基于市场竞争的行业亟需加强政府宏观调控,以消除个体理性差异与集体理性差异带来的"公共地悲剧"负效应。以出口产品价格竞争为例构建了相应博弈模型,对出口贸易领域"公共地悲剧"产生的原因、机制及影响因素进行了分析,并提出了相关对策建议。
By reviewing the price reforms in China, the paper finds that the industries which establish a market price for- mation mechanism needs to strengthen government regulation, in order to eliminate the negative effects of ＂tragedy of the commons＂ caused by the gap between individual rationality and collective rationality. Then a game model based on export price competition is built to analyze causes, mechanism and influencing factors of ＂tragedy of the commons＂. Finally, corre- sponding countermeasures are proposed.
