农产品价格变动趋势与农产品特性、国际贸易度和国家调控政策紧密相关。应加大对农产品市场的调控力度和价格管制,明确农产品价格调控的主旋律,实行农产品市场的分类指导和弹性调控;大力发展农业生产性服务业,以防止农产品价格大涨大落;消除农产品金融化和能源化趋势所增强的农产品供求关系的不确定性和价格波动的风险。
Trends of prices of agricultural products are closely related to characteristics of agricultural products, degree of international trade and national regulation and control policies. The administrations should strengthen regulation and control efforts as well as price controls, identify theme of agricultural price regulation, and implement agricultural market regulation guidance and flexibility; develop agricultural production services, in order to prevent prices volatility; eliminate uncertainty and risks in supply and demand brought by financialization and energy conversion of agricultural products.
