International trades in tourism services are activities of tourism professionals of a country（or region） to provide travel services to consumers from other countries（or regions） and get paid. By analyzing the status of China＇s tourism services trade deficit and the causes of deficit, the paper proposes relevant measures to promote a balanced development of Chinese trade in tourism services.
