摘要 从福利经济学来看,体育公共事业的社会福利水平取决于两方面:一是公共体育产品的供给总量;二是公共体育产品的消费效率。以往相关研究主要是关注公共体育产品的供给总量,而忽视了公共体育产品的有效消费。以公共体育产品的有效消费为切入点,着重探讨了公共体育产品的消费特征;认为公共体育产品的消费具有时间性、效用多重性、知识性、边际效用递增性、创生性等特征,影响和制约着公共体育产品的消费效率。在此基础上,提出相应的对策以提高公共体育产品的消费效率。 From the theory of welfare economics,the social welfare level of sports public utility depends on two aspects: one is the total supply of public sports services; the other is the consumption efficiency of public sports services. Previous studies mostly focused on total supply of public sports services and neglected its effective consumption. Starting from the effective consumption of public sports services,this article mainly explains the consumption characteristics of public sports services and its influence on the consumption efficiency including time-consuming,multiple utilities,need for knowledge,increasing marginal utility,creativity, etc. Based on it,this article gives corresponding countermeasures to increase the consumption efficiency.
