摘要
采用实验法、问卷调查法和数理统计法等方法,对普通高校女大学生参加有氧舞蹈锻炼对其身体和心理所产生的影响进行实证研究。结果表明:长期的有氧舞蹈锻炼能有效地减少女大学生皮脂厚度,降低身体围度指标,塑造优美体型;使安静时心率降低,心肺机能和平衡能力显著提高,腹肌力量和躯干柔韧性及耐力素质加强;对女大学生紧张的情绪和心理压力具有显著的舒缓作用。
Using experimental,questionnaire investigation,mathematical statistics and other methods,empirical researching on the physical and psychological effects on female college students by aerobics exercise are conducted. Results show that: long-term aerobics exercise can effectively reduce the female college students sebum thickness,reduce body surround degree index, shape beautiful body; make quiet heart rate lower,improve cardiovascular fitness and balance,abdominal muscle strength and body flexibility and stamina diathesis strengthen; significant relieving effect on female college students anxiety and stress.
