摘要 阐述了常用风向风速传感器的工作原理、特性和采样技术,着重分析了4种平均风向、平均风速的计算方法,结合实例说明了4种方法的不同特点。简单描述了我国气象台站风测量方法的演变历程和对风历史资料序列产生的影响,旨在为历史资料使用者提供借鉴。提出了保证风历史资料平滑的同时更好地满足社会需求的设想和建议,为气象观测仪器研制者和气象观测管理部门提供参考。 This paper describes the operating principle, characteristics and sampling technology of common wind sensor, and focuses on the principles of four approaches to compute the average wind direction and speed. The features of each approach are illustrated with examples. The evolving history on the wind measurement methods in our meteorological stations and its effects on historical wind records are presented, which provide references for relevant users. The historical wind records should be better satisfied with the needs of the society while being ensured to be in a continuity,so that they could be used as references by meteorological observing instrument manufacturers and meteorological observation managerial departments.
