低碳旅游视角下旅游景区旅游公共服务体系的构建——以湘西凤凰古城为例

Tourism Public Service System Construction of Scenic Spot from Perspective of Low-carbon Tourism——A Case Study of Phoenix Ancient Town in Xiangxi

在我国旅游业向低碳化转型的背景下,构建和优化旅游公共服务体系是旅游业实现可持续发展的必然要求。文章通过分析国内外旅游公共服务体系的研究现状,在对湘西凤凰古城旅游公共服务体系建设现状的实地调查基础上,分析了凤凰古城旅游公共服务体系建设存在的问题和发展趋势。提出在低碳旅游视角下,构建和优化凤凰旅游公共服务体系的六点建议,为凤凰行政部门提供具有理论基础的决策依据,推动凤凰古城旅游公共服务体系的构建。

Constructing and optimizing tourism public service system is a necessary requirement of the development of sustainable tourism development against the background of globalization.Through the research of domestic and international tourism public service system,and the investigation of the present situation of tourism public service system construction in Phoenix Ancient Town,this article analyzes tourism public service system construction achievements and its＇existing problems of Phoenix Ancient Town.In view of the low carbon tourism,this article makes six suggestions to construct and optimize tourism public service system in Phoenix Ancient Town,and provides theoretical basis for decision making for Phoenix administrative departments,so that to improve the construction of tourism public service system in Phoenix Ancient Town.
