Development,Plight and Transformation of China's Urbanization

科学引导城镇化健康发展,对于全面建成小康社会,顺利跨越"中等收入陷阱",至关重要。该文力求准确把握我国城镇化的发展态势,梳理改革开放以来城镇化取得的巨大成就,剖析城镇化存在的显著问题和面临的巨大挑战。根据十八大报告提出的走中国特色新型城镇化道路的的战略要求,从有序推进农业转移人口市民化、深化改革体制机制、优化城镇化规模和空间结构、提升城镇综合功能等四个方面,提出推进新型城镇化的转型发展思路。

To scientifically guide urbanization is very significant for the full construction of affluent society and stepping over middle income trap.This paper lists all the enormous achievements in the process of urba-nization since the reform and openingup poliy and analyses the exsisting prominent problems and the great challenges.The conclusion is that the transformation of China＇s urbanization is imperative.Then,according to the new type urbanization strategy with Chinese characteristics which was put forward in the 18th party congress,this paper puts forward creative ideas to impel the new type urbanizaiton from four aspects：to boost the population urbanization,to deeply innovate system and mechanism,to optimize the scale and space structure of urbanization and to improve synthetical function of cities and towns.
