摘要
本文通过09MnVTiN钢单轴拉伸曲线的统计处理,有利织构系数的测定和采用Hutchinson冷弯试验,获得了该钢的加工硬化指数n,塑性应变比r,有利织构系数和最小冷弯半径。计算获得n=0.15,其标准差为1.6×10~(-3),相关系数为0.9986。分析表明,09MnVTiN钢板的n值、r值、σs等参数沿热轧板卷长度变化很小,且基本没有方向性,这是该钢具有高强度(σ_3=500MPa)又具有良好成型性的主要原因。
The cold formability parameters(n,r,Δγ,σ_s,σ_b,σ_u), the coefficient of beneficial texture (RH) and the minimum bend radius of 09MnVTiN microalloyed steel plate have been obtained through uniaxial tensile tests, X-Ray diffraction analysis and Hutchinson-bend tests. The results indicate that 09MnVTiN steel plate has the n-value of 0.15, r-value of 0.9986 and RH-value. The variations of these values along the longitudinal hot rolled strip are very small. All the values show basically no direction orientation. The results show that cold formability of 09MnVTiN steel plate is excellent.
