高校教育管理中应用全面品质管理策略的研究

摘要 为探讨在高校教育管理中如何应用全面品质管理策略,以提升学校经营的绩效,经由文献分析,归纳六项策略来实施全面品质管理:塑造学校发展愿景,引领学校行政革新;建立学校行政预警系统,发挥「思患预防」的功能;实施团队合作的模式,发挥组织的整体功能;充分掌握「顾客」需求,表现适当的行政作为;成为学习型组织,持续提升学校品质;收集分析内外部信息,作为持续改进的客观依据。 To explore how to use total quality management strategy of management education in colleges and universities to im- prove school management performance, through literature analysis, six strategies to implement total quality management are summarized. They are building school development vision to lead the school administration reform; establishing the school ad- ministrative warning system to play the function of thinking of prevention; the implementation of team cooperation mode to give full play to the overall function of the organization; to fully grasp the customer requirements and perform proper administrative act; becoming the learning organization to continue to enhance the quality of the school; to collect and analyze the internal and exterm. information as the objective basis for continuous improvement.
