浅谈隋唐时期中土商人的佛教信仰

Introduction to Middle-earth Businessman Buddhist Faith in Sui and Tang Dynasties

隋唐时期,社会经济高度发达,佛教文化得到了空前发展,大量中土商人信仰佛教,对佛教文化的弘扬与传播起到了重要的推广作用。本文基于大量文献资料,从抄录佛经、举办斋会、传递经书、来往僧人等方面简要探讨了中土商人的佛教信仰情况,以研究中土商人在佛教传播过程中所扮演的重要角色和的影响力。

In Sui and Tang dynasties, the social economy is highly developed and Buddhist culture has been an unprecedented development. A large numher of middle businessman Buddhist, spread Buddhism culture. Based on a large number of litera- ture, from transcribing sutra, holding feast meetings, transferring Buddhism books and monks＇ coming and going, the middle businessman Buddhist faith situation is briefly discussed. At the same time, the important roles and influence of middle busi- nessman in the process of Buddhism spreading are studied.
