摘要
为了提高罐笼中矿车提升的安全性,针对现有矿车提升系统中容易出现矿车坠井事故的情况,分析了矿车坠井事故发生的机理,设计了一套矿车离位检测报警装置用于预防矿车坠井事故的发生。矿车离位检测报警装置由中央控制器、罐笼端矿车位置实时采集子系统、离位信息无线传输子系统、离位信息显示报警子系统以及电源管理子系统组成。设计的装置能在矿车离开安全位置5毫米以内检测到离位的状态并能在1秒内发出声光报警,同时可以锁定动罐信号,防止在危险状态动罐而导致矿车坠井事故的发生,通过在生产现场近两年的运行测试,证明了其稳定性和可靠性。
In order to improve the security of tramcar lifting in cage , as for the malpractice of existing tramcar lift system , we analyzed the accident mechanism of tramcar fall , designed a tramcar position detecting and alarming device to prevent the tramcar fall accidents .The tramcar position detecting and alarming device consists of the central controller , tramcar position real-time acquisition subsystem , wireless information transmission subsystem , position displaying and alarming subsystem and power management subsystem .The designed Device can detect 5 millimeters off from the safe position and alarm within 1 second, and can lock the cage moving signal to prevent the tramcar falling accident .We proved its stability and reliability through two years running test in the production site .
