摘要
针对300~400mm厚板坯出现的不同程度的窄面鼓肚现象,利用ANSYS商业软件,对生产现场提出的在厚板坯窄面足辊下部增加足辊或增加喷嘴2种方案进行了有限元分析。计算结果表明,增加2或3对足辊时,板坯的最大鼓肚量分别为5.93,2.53mm;增加喷嘴后,板坯坯壳厚度增加,板坯坯壳厚度在连铸机直线段结束处分别为160,180,200mm时,板坯的最大鼓肚量分别为4.56,3.56,2.92mm。有效改善了板坯的鼓肚变形情况。
Aimed at the different degree of slab narrow face bulging phenomenon on slabs with thickness from 300 mm to 400 ram, the commercial software ANSYS has been used to analyze two schemes which are adding the foot roller under the slab narrow surface foot roller or adding the nozzle. The results show that the maximum slab bulge sizes are 5.93 mm and 2.53 mm by adding 2 and 3 couple foot rollers, respectively. After adding the nozzle, when the slab shell thicknesses are 160 ram, 180 mm and 200 ram, the maximum slab bulge sizes are 4. 56 mm, 3.56 mm and 2.92 mm, respectively. The slab bulging is improved effectively.
