摘要
针对GB/T228.1—2010《金属材料拉伸试验第1部分:室温试验方法》增加的应变速率控制方法,验证了德国ZWICK一100kN型电子万能材料试验机和国产SANS-SHT4605型电液伺服万能材料试验机执行应变速率控制方法的能力。试验结果表明,这2台试验机均能够按照该标准中的应变速率控制方法开展试验。
The strain rate control method has been added into the 2010 edition of the national standard GB/T228. 1, which is metallic materials-tensile testing-part 1 : method of test at room temperature. The tensile tests was performed on both ZWICK-IOOkN materials testing machine (made in Germany) and SANS-SHT4605 electro-hydraulic servo testing machine (made in China) by using strain rate control method. It was proved that this method can be conducted on the two machines.
