摘要
采用SEM与EBSD等试验方法对IF钢在变形过程中织构的演化过程进行了研究。结果表明,IF钢在塑性变形过程中,随着变形量的增加,铁素体晶粒形态和晶粒取向均发生了明显变化,晶粒形态由等轴状变成了拉长的扁平状。等轴状晶粒内部首先出现取向的渐变区,当晶粒内部滑移变形到一定程度时,将带动各个晶粒沿拉伸方向发生塑性变形。同时,在塑性变形过程中,织构也发生了明显转动。随着变形量的增加,^y织构有明显减弱的趋势,同时其织构组分{111}(112)不断转向相对更为稳定的{111}(110)。
Texture evolution during deformation for IF steel were studied by means of the tensile testing machine and electron back-scatter diffraction (EBSD). The results showed that there were significant changes in morphology and orientation of the ferrite with the increase of deformation and the shape of grains was elongated from equiaxed to flat. First of all, the region of orientation change occurred in the interior of equiaxed shape of grains, and then it would drive whole grains to occur plastic deformation along the tensile direction. At the same time, the texture also had an obvious rotation during plastic deformation. The ~ texture was a decrease trend obviously, and texture component rotated from I 111 } ( 112 〉 to relatively stable / 111 t ( 110 )
