Survivin基因在前列腺癌中作用的研究

摘要 Survivin基因是迄今为止发现的最强的凋亡抑制基因,主要是通过抑制半胱天冬酶（caspase）级联反应下游的终末子caspase-3和caspase-7的活性,从而发挥凋亡作用,Survivin基因可抑制肿瘤细胞的凋亡,促进肿瘤细胞增强分化和肿瘤血管生成。通过前列腺癌和癌旁正常前列腺组织中Survivin基因、蛋白的表达,明确Survivin基因蛋白在人前列腺癌、
