中国基尼系数连续12年超过0.4警戒线,居民收入差距持续扩大,对经济持续增长、社会公正与稳定都提出了挑战。提高公共教育支出是解决收入差距的重要途径,要借鉴国外经验,并结合中国具体实际,提高公共教育支出。

China＇s Gini coefficient has surpassed the warning line （0.4） for 12 years. Residents＇ incorne gap has been expanding which are challenging the economic growth, social justice and stability. Increasing public expenditure on education is an important approach to narrow the income gap. We should use for reference foreign experience, integrating China＇s reality, and increasing our public expenditure on education.
