开放大学分校师资队伍建设现状研究

On Status Quo of Faculty Building for Open University Branches

广播电视大学向开放大学转型过程中,基层分校师资队伍建设逐渐被重视。以上海开放大学系统分校为研究对象,通过问卷、访谈等多种方式,深入开展对师资队伍建设现状调查,在分析已有数据基础上,重点关注科研能力、激励机制、师资培训问题。

With the transformation of Radio and TV University to Open University, the faculty Status Quo of Open University Branches has increasingly attracted people＇s attention. Taking the different branch schools of Shanghai Open University as the research object, by means of questionnaire and interview, we performed a deep investigation on the status of faculty building. Some reasonable suggestions are raised on the ability of science research, the excitation mechanism and the teacher＇s training.
